Hofmann Chemie to increase Boronic Acids and Chiral Compounds prices in Asia. Effective March 1, 2007

Frankfurt - February 8, 2007 - Hofmann Chemie has announced an increase in its prices for boronic acids and chiral compounds products throughout Asia. The price increases are as follows, and will be effective March 1, 2007 or as contracts allow: Boronic Acids: 6% increase Chiral Compounds: 7% increase These price increases are necessary to improve and align margins across regions and markets.
